Why I created this template
Between the twelve villas I managed in Azeitão in Portugal, the World Cup rentals in Qatar and my apartments in Casablanca today, one lesson repeats: guests follow the house rules they can actually read. A guide in the guest's own language means fewer misunderstandings and better reviews.
This Spanish edition carries the same 16 page structure I use in my own rentals, written naturally in Spanish, not machine translated.
