Why I built this checklist
Twelve villas in Azeitão meant up to a dozen turnovers on the same Saturday, with different cleaners in different houses. The only way to keep the standard identical everywhere was a printed checklist in every villa: nobody has to remember anything, they just follow the list.
This is that checklist, generalised for any rental and editable so it matches your home, not mine.
