Across the twelve villas I managed in Azeitão in Portugal, the apartments and villas I rented in Qatar during the World Cup, and the apartments I run today in Casablanca, I saw the same pattern every time: information in the guest's own language means fewer questions and warmer reviews.
Italian guests notice details, and this edition respects that: the same 16 page structure I use in my own rentals, written naturally in Italian, not machine translated.
