Why I created this template
French is my mother tongue, and French travellers have been part of every property I have run: the twelve villas I managed in Azeitão in Portugal, the apartments and villas I rented in Qatar during the World Cup, and the apartments I manage today in Casablanca, where most of my guests arrive from France.
I wrote this book the way I write for my own French guests: warm, clear and precise. It reads like a host who cares, not like a translation.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to speak French to use it?
It helps but it is not required. The standard pages are already written in French; you only add short personal details like the Wi-Fi code, the address and your recommendations, and an online translator covers those few lines if needed.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. The template is built for the free Canva plan. Create a free account, open the link in your PDF and start editing.
Can I change the texts, colours and photos?
Yes, everything is editable: photos, fonts, colours, logo and every line of text. Remove pages you do not need or duplicate the ones you use most.
Is delivery really instant?
Yes. As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive an email with a secure download link. The link is time limited, so save your files when you open it.
