These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of beautifyproperty.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it, operated by BEST ASSISTANCE LTD ("we", "us", "Beautify Property"). By accessing or using the Site, or by purchasing a product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The products

We sell digital templates, spreadsheets and graphics intended for hosts of short-term and mid-term rental properties. Products are delivered electronically as downloadable files. Many of our templates are designed to be edited in Canva; you are responsible for having any third-party account or software required to use them.

Licence and permitted use

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use it for your own rental properties or business. You may edit, personalise and print the templates as many times as you wish for your own use, including across multiple properties that you own or operate.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sub-license or give away the files, whether modified or not;
  • Sell the templates as your own product or as part of another product;
  • Claim authorship of the original designs.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site and all original design elements of the products remain the property of BEST ASSISTANCE LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a licence to use, not ownership of, the underlying designs.

No affiliation

This website is not related to, endorsed by, or affiliated with Airbnb, VRBO, Canva or any other rental or design platform. We simply provide independent digital graphics and tools for hosts. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Payment

Prices are shown on each product page and are payable in full at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details. Completing a purchase is subject to our Refund Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, for informational and organisational purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you add to a template (such as house rules, safety or local information) is accurate and compliant with the laws applicable to your property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
