Why I created this template
I started hosting the intense way: twelve villas in Azeitão, Portugal, managed at the same time for a concierge company, then apartments and villas in Qatar during the World Cup, and now apartments in Casablanca. The first thing I standardised in every property was the welcome book, because it is the cheapest thing that improves reviews immediately.
