Why I created this template
I have hosted in three countries. In Portugal I managed a portfolio of twelve villas in Azeitão for a concierge company, in Qatar I rented out apartments and villas during the World Cup, and today I manage apartments in Casablanca. Everywhere, the pattern was the same: guests who got the information in their own language settled in faster, asked fewer questions and left better reviews.
This five language Welcome Book is the system I built for my own rentals, not a generic template pack. It is the book I wish someone had handed me when I was juggling twelve check-ins a week.

Do I need Canva Pro?
No. All five templates are built for the free Canva plan. You create a free account, click the links in your PDF and start editing.
Can I change the texts, colours and photos?
Yes, everything is editable: photos, fonts, colours, logo and every line of text. You can also delete pages you do not need or duplicate the ones you use most.
Are the translations included?
Yes. Each book comes fully written in its language (English, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese). You only adapt your own details, like the Wi-Fi code, the address and your recommendations.
Is delivery really instant?
Yes. As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive an email with a secure download link. The link is time limited, so save your files when you open it.
Can I use it for several properties?
Yes. You buy once and can adapt the templates for as many of your own properties as you like, with lifetime access. Reselling the templates is not allowed.
