This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by BEST ASSISTANCE LTD ("we", "us", "Beautify Property") through beautifyproperty.com. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.
Nature of our products
All products sold on this website are digital files (editable templates, spreadsheets and graphics) delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped. Once a purchase is completed, you receive immediate access to download your files via a link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Right of withdrawal (EU / UK consumers)
As a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, for digital content that is supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, this right does not apply once delivery has begun, where you have given your prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase and proceeding to download the files, you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content immediately, and you acknowledge and agree that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started. For this reason, we are generally unable to issue a refund after the files have been accessed or downloaded.
When we will consider a refund
Despite the above, we want you to be satisfied. We will review a refund request on a case-by-case basis where:
- The file is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its description on the product page;
- You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error;
- You were unable to access or download the files and we are unable to resolve the issue for you.
In these situations we will first try to fix the problem (for example by re-sending your download link or providing a working file). If we cannot, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@beautifyproperty.com within 14 days of your purchase, with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
