Why I created this template
Portugal is where I learnt this job. For a concierge company I managed twelve villas at once in Azeitão, south of Lisbon, with back to back turnovers all summer. The houses that ran smoothly were the ones where guests found everything explained clearly, in the right language, without having to ask.
This Portuguese edition follows the exact structure I used in those villas, rewritten cleanly so you can make it yours.
